Our Recruiter is the Subject Matter Expert who will build positive relationships and drive candidate and client engagement throughout the entire recruitment life cycle.

Accountable for:

Serve as the onsite liaison at the client location, focused on light industrial roles

Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with three designated staffing suppliers

Monitor and manage order flow to align supplier submissions with client needs

Collaborate with suppliers to resolve challenges, communicate shifts in priorities, and drive engagement

Step in to review resumes when supplier production is low to ensure client needs are filled

Track hiring metrics and share data-driven insights for process improvements

Champion our culture of inclusion, teamwork, and personal integrity-day in and day out

Essential Skills:

Minimum 4+ years' experience in recruiting or supplier relationship management within a high-volume, industrial or light industrial environment

Experience working directly with suppliers or as an MSP/RPO specialist is highly valued

Ability to work effectively onsite, building trust with both client contacts and partner suppliers

Strong communication and negotiation skills; comfortable acting as the "go-between"

Proficiency in tools such as Fieldglass, as well as MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

While the focus is NOT on CV review, you stay ready to step in and screen resumes when needed

Adaptability, data awareness, and a proactive approach to addressing challenges

Proven track record of collaborating to achieve hiring goals

This role requires 5 days of work per week onsite in the facility at Florence, KY.

The annual base pay range for this position is $51.300 to $68.400 per year. Final annual compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
